MerriCon Solutions, Inc. was formed in February 2006. Over the past few years, we have provided focused Oracle HCM leadership and project management to our clients. We team with our clients to achieve success, and we strive for complete client satisfaction.

Who We Are

Sam Merritt serves as President and Oracle Consultant for MerriCon Solutions, Inc. Sam has served in these roles since company inception. Sam's career has covered a wide gamut of industries and duties...individual contributor, management, and project management duties at such companies as Nortel Networks, IBM, and CARQUEST. Sam is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sam is married to Tiffany Merritt and has three daughters and one son.

Tiffany Merritt serves as Vice President of Administration and Sales. Tiffany has served in this role since company inception. Tiffany's career includes computer programming for major corporations, including Polaroid, Entergy, and IBM. Tiffany is a graduate of Xavier University in New Orleans, LA. Tiffany's most important role is being a mother to her 3 daughters and one son. Tiffany is married to Sam Merritt.
